Have you thought about going to a Yoga class?
I teach mindful yoga and meditation.
My classes are relaxed and open to everyone who feels that they would like to take some time to restore and rebalance their mind, body and soul.
Within a tranquil atmosphere of essential oils, soft lighting and music, you will be guided through restorative postures to achieve a sense of balance. I finish with a guided meditation to leave you feeling de-stressed, calm and energised.
