Turn your clocks back - again...

CLASS TIME CHANGE .... Classes will now be Thursday 7pm - 8pm at The Amethyst Cave in New Milton.

This Thursday's class falls on Halloween. In the western world this means dressing up in costume, going trick-or-treating, and watching scary movies. In the spirit world, Halloween is said to be the day in which the veil between dark and light is at its thinnest. It is said that it is the beginning of the “dark half” of the year. The dark half of the year is believed to be a time of rebirth and letting go of that which doesn’t serve you. The dark half of the year is a time for going deep within and is especially powerful for exploring that which is unknown.

This time right now is a very powerful time of year for meditation. It is a time to go inward and uncover the mysteries behind the darkness inside to bring it into the light. Re-birthing is a process of uncovering the skeletons in your closet, the goblins under your bed.

This weeks class will follow our lovely poses and postures but with a twist 😊
