Moonlight Balance

Join Emma at the New Milton Amethyst Cave, this Thursday at 7.30 pm, to complete our Chakra journey š§š¼āāļøš
The rise of the August Sturgeon full moon is the perfect time to reflect and realign the third eye 'Ajna' and the crown 'Sahasrara' chakras.
The Ajna, located behind the Peneal gland, is our centre of intuition, awareness, wisdom, imagination and realisation. When misaligned, we may experience mental confusion, headaches, migraines and dizziness. When in balance, we begin to see things as they actually are without the projection and colour of ego.
The Sahasrana, located on the crown of our head, is our source of enlightenment, our connection to something greater, our relationship with our higher selves and a deeper, more acutely aware consciousness. When out of balance we may experience confusion, imbalance, a lack of connection with reality and an inability to function practically. When aligned we become aware, focused and enlightened.
Over the course of an hour we will work to bring balance to our Ajna and Sahasrana Chakras using Yoga, selected organic essential oils, relaxing music, crystals, candlelight and directed meditation.
Affirmation: I hear my intuition. I trust my inner teacher and follow their guidance.
See you there š
Please note that with our journey over I will be taking a week off to reflect and recharge, so there will be no class on Thursday 22nd August.
